TABLE SHIPMENT: Tables are shipped directly from the manufacturer by freight line. Delivery generally takes 1-3 weeks from the date of order. The delivery person may need assistance in unloading your table for curbside delivery. Any additional services, such as inside delivery, are not included in the price of the table. The estimated additional cost of these services can be up to $150.00. You may purchase these additional services as an option while purchasing the table of your choice.

DELIVERY RECEIPT SIGNATURE: The manufacturer and shipping companies do their best to ensure that your table arrives on time and without any damage. However, sometimes, damage does occur in shipping.

When you receive the table, please inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any problem or damage to the carton, make sure the driver clearly details the exact damage problem on the delivery receipt. This will be extremely useful if a damaged merchandise claim must be made.

By signing the delivery receipt, you have absolved the freight carrier of any responsibility and it is almost impossible to have a claim honored.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN A TABLE:

TABLE TOP:

Look for tables with thicker tops. Thicker tops give a more consistent bounce and are less likely to warp after years of use. Spintech recommends table tops of 3/4 inches or more.

FRAME:

Look for tables that have larger, sturdier legs and support frames. Sturdier frames contribute to a more consistent ball bounce and also help prevent top warping. If you set up and store your table regularly, a larger under carriage frame increases durability.

WHEELS:

Larger and stronger wheels are important particularly if you set up and store your table frequently.

NET SET:

Some tables have net posts permanently attached to the frame. These make setup and takedown a little quicker but may not be as adjustable or sturdy as separate net and posts. Check the above table pricing guide for tables that come with net set.
